My interview on the Low Carb Paleo Show

Twitter pageLast fall, one of my fellow bloggers encouraged me to check out Twitter.  It was a foreign place to me, having started everything about my gluten free lifestyle on a Facebook page.  Although I fought the idea, eventually and rather reluctantly, I finally joined the world of Twitter

Despite my rookie status, and having to learn important new skills (hashtags and #FF), I started to meet and connect with lots of other people who were as passionate as I am about living a gluten free, grain free, soy free lifestyle to promote great health.

I was surprised at how easy it was to converse about these topics with various people, and very excited to be part of a network that shares the same passions.  A few months ago, I was privileged to attend the Paleo f(X) conference and actually met some of my fellow “Twerps” in person!

chef alainOne of these fellow “Twerps” was Chef Alain Braux.  We both blog on the Stuffed Pepper website, which is a centralized resource containing recipes and articles that support a grain free and/or Paleo lifestyle.  Although it was the end of the conference when we finally crossed paths, we had a wonderful conversation about our mutual healthy lifestyles, love of delicious foods, and our passion for helping others succeed in eating this way.

Alain is a French chef who is also passionate about making the Paleo diet delicious and affordable. He has written books on the subject:  a book about how to eat French Paleo on a budget, and most recently, about genetically modified organisms, or “GMO 101.”  Through Alain, I met Mark Moxom, and together they run the Low Carb Paleo show to promote these healthier lifestyles.

They invited me to share my story with them, and I was honored to be a guest on their show!   We continue to share a common goal and our passion:  that others can benefit from trying a gluten free, grain free, soy free (or Paleo) dietary lifestyle.

Thanks again to Alain and Mark for having me on the show!  Please share it with anyone who may be struggling to find answers to their health issues.
