Oh YUM! Deviled eggs at a potluck!
Oh DARN! They’re made with mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, and table salt. I definitely cannot eat those! (Why not? Each of those ingredients may contain gluten, grains or grain derivatives, soy, dairy, and sugar… and may interrupt the progress of your dietary lifestyle. Whatt?? Here’s the how-to in pictures:
Prepare the hard-boiled eggs, then mash the yolks as above.
Add the sour cream or Paleo mayo, the apple cider vinegar, and any seasonings desired and combine.
Try not to eat them BEFORE the guests arrived (if you’ll notice, there’s one missing from the picture! :))
