Gluten Free Products are Unhealthy
What? What did you say? Isn’t this a gluten free blog???
If you are already living a gluten free lifestyle, but still have some lurking health problems or other underlying issues…If you are you considering a gluten free lifestyle, but think that it’s a really expensive way to go…if this title just caught your attention, and you want to know more…read on.
I encourage you to read this article about “gluten free” foods. As you read it, understand that the gluten free foods on the market are the fastest growing category of revenue-producing food products. The only path to 100% good health and wellness (if you have any type of gluten sensitivity) is through a TRUE gluten free diet – one free of all grains and soy. Although you may not react digestively to rice or corn products – it’s the silent symptoms that you need to be aware of…the ones you won’t feel or necessarily experience from a physical standpoint. Silent inflammation in your body is dangerous. It is the breeding ground for cancer, heart disease, arthritis, and countless other autoimmune diseases. It’s how thin and fit people end up with cancer. It’s how athletes drop over from a heart attack.
It’s the only way that I personally got 100% healthy after being diagnosed with Celiac disease…I tried all the gluten free products on the market, believe me. I was careful to limit them, but just like most of us, I would get a package of my favorite cookies and indulge. Even though I sort of knew that they had an effect on me, I just didn’t want to admit it. My stubborn heart wanted to enjoy SOMETHING!!! At that time, I was better…my cholesterol had come down, I had lost over thirty pounds…but I wasn’t at a healthy BMI. I wasn’t out of the danger zone with my cholesterol levels. So, when I read something about the gluten content in grains (including rice, corn, etc.), believe me…I thought there was no way I could give that up too!
Today, I’m so grateful that I did. You will be too! Along with thousands of others who have discovered the truth! That is the reason I became certified with Gluten Free Society, so that I could help YOU! Click here to read the article, and let us know your thoughts.
